1. How long does it take?

The processing time is 2-5 working days, but it may be quicker based on our queue.

2. Do I need to edit the design myself or will it be edited for me?

Cropping and placement are included in our service, so just send us the photo and we'll take care of the rest, easy peasy!

3. What are the photo requirements?

No worries, as long as it's not too dark or blurry. We'll take care of the rest, and if you have any specific requests, just let us know in the notes to our designer.

4. Can I request for a preview before it's sent out and revise the design if needed?

Unfortunately, a preview cannot be provided at this time to expedite the production-to-shipping process and minimize errors. However, revisions can be made if needed.

5. What shipping method do you use and how long does it take?

We collaborate with trusted courier companies to guarantee prompt delivery of your order.

 6. Where do you ship from?

We ship your order from our fulfillment warehouse located in Indonesia. Our fulfillment warehouse allows for efficient processing and shipping of your order.

7. How do I track my order?

Upon completion of your order, you will be sent an email containing the tracking number and a link for package tracking. If this email is not received, it indicates that your order has not yet been dispatched.

8. How do I claim the Happiness Guarantee?

In case of material defects, size errors, or design mistakes not aligned with the order, we offer a replacement at no cost. Regrettably, errors resulting from incorrect design submission or oversight during order review are not covered by our Happiness Guarantee.
